Gas is cheaper than water

Gasoline is cheaper than water in Qatar. Water is 1 Riyal or $.25 US (25 cents) a liter (1.00 Qatar Riyal =0.274695 United States Dollar) . Gasoline is 80 Dirhams a liter. A Riyal is divided into 100 Dirhams, so 1 liter of gasoline is .80 Riyals a liter or $.22 US (22 cents) a liter.

1 liter = 0.264172051 US gallon or 1 US gallon is 3.7852 liters, so 1 gallon of gas costs $.83 USD (83 cents) a gallon. How much is gas in the US now?
