What do you do when the roads flood and you don't have any drains for the rain runoff?...YOU PUMP IT OUT...actually in Qatar you get people to pump it out for you with big water trucks with long sucking hoses. Where does all the oily and polluted water go after the truck's tank fills up? Only the pumper knows.

What do you do when the roads flood and you don't have any drains for the rain runoff?...YOU PUMP IT OUT...actually in Qatar you get people to pump it out for you with big water trucks with long sucking hoses. Where does all the oily and polluted water go after the truck's tank fills up? Only the pumper knows.
